Community Baptist hosts A Biblical Perspective on Personal and Public Protection on Saturday, Sunday, January 18, 19, 2020 with veteran police trainer Steve Hathaway.

*We all witnessed what happened in a Texas church this past weekend as an armed man opened fire on congregants killing two before being stopped by church security personnel. Today we pray for the sustaining grace of God to comfort and uphold the Wallace and White family members of the slain and the entire congregation who endured such a tragedy.

*The headlines read, Inside a Texas Church, Guns, Bibles and a Spirited Firearms Debate. How should Churches and Christians respond in an increasingly violent culture? What can be done to insure protection in our homes and in our church? We seek the wisdom of God from His Word to embrace a helpful strategy of preparation for safety and security for all! Join us for this weekend of education, solutions, spiritual insights and practical advice.
