Community Baptist Church’s College and Career Sunday School class is taught by Jason and Melissa Makin and is composed of a vibrant group of single men and women from all stages of single life. Young adults who have just graduated from high school join with those who are already established in careers. Each week, time for prayer requests, praises, and an opportunity to share what is happening in their lives comprises the opening of this class. This is followed by a Bible lesson that is aimed specifically at issues that this age group faces, with the provision of a practical application to life. In order to be an encouragement to each student, we also appoint a new “student-of-the-week” each Sunday, with that person being specifically set aside and prayed for that week. All Sunday School classes start at 9:30 A.M. every Sunday.
